Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of GhostAssist (the "Software"), provided by Igor Otávio Caetano Diniz, an individual based in Brazil ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using GhostAssist you agree to these Terms.

GhostAssist is sold as a one-time purchase that grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for as long as you comply with these Terms. Your license includes all future updates to the Software at no additional cost.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the Software, reverse-engineer or decompile it except where permitted by law, or use it to build a competing product.

GhostAssist is designed around a "bring your own key" model: you connect your own account and API key with a third-party AI provider. Any usage costs charged by that provider are between you and them — we do not bill, mark up, or have visibility into your provider usage or spend.

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection/remittance, and invoicing for your purchase. Your order may be subject to Paddle's own Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

• The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that the Software will be undetectable in every environment, or that it is fit for any particular purpose beyond what is described on this site.

• You are responsible for complying with any rules set by an interviewer, employer, or platform regarding the use of assistive tools during an interview or exam.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including loss of opportunity, income, or data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles.
