Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of GhostAssist (the "Software"), provided by ID SOFTWARE, a company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 68.567.450/0001-02, with registered address at Av. Paulista 1471, Conj. 1110, Bela Vista, São Paulo — SP, 01311-927, Brazil ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using GhostAssist you agree to these Terms.

GhostAssist is sold as a one-time purchase that grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for as long as you comply with these Terms. Your license includes all future updates to the Software at no additional cost.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the Software, reverse-engineer or decompile it except where permitted by law, or use it to build a competing product.

GhostAssist runs on Windows, Linux, and macOS, and requires a 64-bit system and a continuous internet connection.

Screen-share invisibility — the feature that keeps the GhostAssist window out of screen shares and recordings — depends on operating-system capabilities that are not available on every version of macOS. Before purchasing, please read this carefully:

• Screen-share invisibility works on Windows, on Linux, and on macOS 14 Sonoma and earlier.

• Screen-share invisibility does NOT work on macOS 15 Sequoia or any later version of macOS. On those versions GhostAssist still installs and runs, and every other feature works, but its window is visible to anyone you share your screen with and appears in recordings.

• If screen-share invisibility is the reason you are buying GhostAssist and you use macOS 15 Sequoia or later, this product will not do what you need on that machine.

We do not currently offer a workaround for this on affected macOS versions, and we make no commitment as to whether or when support for them will be restored. If you purchase without noticing this limitation, our Refund Policy applies as usual.

GhostAssist is designed around a "bring your own key" model: you connect your own account and API key with a third-party AI provider. Any usage costs charged by that provider are between you and them — we do not bill, mark up, or have visibility into your provider usage or spend.

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection/remittance, and invoicing for your purchase. Your order may be subject to Paddle's own Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

• The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that the Software will be undetectable in every environment, or that it is fit for any particular purpose beyond what is described on this site. In particular, screen-share invisibility is not available on macOS 15 Sequoia or later, as described in section 3.

• Operating-system updates can change or remove the capabilities screen-share invisibility relies on. A future update to your operating system may reduce or disable that feature, and we cannot guarantee it will keep working on any given platform version.

• You are responsible for complying with any rules set by an interviewer, employer, or platform regarding the use of assistive tools during an interview or exam.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including loss of opportunity, income, or data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles.
